MAINTAINING HIGHLY-QUALIFIED AND PROPERLY-CERTIFIED STAFF

It is the company policy to ensure that each vessel is manned with qualified, certified and medically fit seafares in accordance with national and international requirements and to maintain manning levels in excess of Minimum Safe Manning regulations on board the at all times when the vessel is in operation.

The company and its business associates commit themselves to the following goals:


  • To conduct a wise and fair selection of Marine Personnel.
  • To promptly answer all crew requirements promptly.
  • To select the officers and crew best suited for the position.
  • To comply with SOLAS and STCW, and other national and international codes, rules and regulations
  • To send all required crew to the designated port in a specific time
  • To maintain and upgrade standards of seagoing staff through proper training.

Contractual term

Our seafarers are engaged on a contractual basis. The usual duration of contract for Indian / Pakistani personnel is 4 to 6 months and for Filipino nationals it is 9 months.
